Video Gaming Licenses, Water Rates Among Topics at April 8 Oswego Village Board Meeting

The next Oswego Village Board meeting is Tuesday, April 8 at 7:00 p.m. at Oswego Village Hall.

Video gaming licenses will once again be a topic of discussion, as Freddie’s Off the Chain restaurant is seeking to increase it’s Class A-2 gaming license. Nash Vegas Saloon is also looking to increase its Class C video gaming license. Under Old Business, the Village will discuss and possibly vote on an ordinance amedning its Village Code for video gaming.

Proposed water and sewer rates will also be discussed.

Under proclamations and recognitions, police officer Dylan Voitik will take the oath of office. There will also be several proclamations, including Village Public Works Director Jennifer Hughes’ retirement, Military Child Month and Encouraging Teenage Girls to Participate in Sports. National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week, Earth Day, and Arbor Day will also be recognized.
