Economic Incentive Approved for Fitness Facility in Downtown Oswego

The Oswego Village Board approved an ordinance on Tuesday night to award grant funding toward the building and construction of a TermiNader Fitness facility at 174 Harrison Street in Oswego.

The grant funding amount of $34,705 comes from the Economic Development Incentive Award Program, which, as of Tuesday night’s meeting, had a balance of $67,986.

The Village says that the Economic Development Incentive Award Program was established to provide financial assistance to new or expanding businesses within Oswego. The Village says the purpose is to aid in property improvements which enhance Oswego’s downtown business district.

Harrisonstreetsquare.com says TermiNader Fitness “is a high-energy personal training studio focused on strength, transformation, and disciplined results.” The LLC is founded and owned by local trainer Ryan Nader.

The board passed the ordinance unanimously.

TermiNader Fitness will be one of the first businesses to inhabit a 10,000-square-foot industrial building on Harrison Street.
