Oswego Could Vote to allow Development of 25,000 Square-Foot HomeGoods
An item on Tuesday night’s Village of Oswego board meeting agenda includes the possible approval of an ordinance that will allow for the development of a 25,000 square-foot HomeGoods. The business will be located in the Prairie Market East commercial development at 410 Fifth Street, between Aldi and PetSmart.

Currently, the property is vacant and backs up to the Steeplechase at Churchill Club subdivision. Both Village staff and the Planning and Zoning Commission (an 8-0 vote) recommended the approval.
The Village Board meeting is on Tuesday night at 7:00 p.m. at Village Hall.
