Silverthorne is proposing a residential development on a 102-acre property north of Wolfs Crossing Road. The property is also adjacent to the Churchill Club and Ogden Falls subdivisions and is 300 feet from Oswego East High School.

Single-family home lots range in size from 52’ x 135’ to 75’ x 135’, ranging from 7,000 to 10,000 square feet. The subdivision will also include townhome lots.

Currently, the property is zoned as agricultural and would need to be rezoned for residential in order for the property to be approved.

Village staff supports the plan and is recommending that the Planning and Zoning Commission provide comments on the proposed plan at Thursday night’s meeting.
